How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all over the world from Los Angeles California.  We do our best to ship items in 48 hours or less.  You will receive emails about the progress of your order and its delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every part of the world from our office in Los Angeles, California. Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout and based on the shipping address entered.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please send an email to customer service with your RA number and we will gladly help you with that.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept return or exchange of UNWORN or UNWASHED item within 14 days of purchase, minus 10% restocking fee, shipping fees are not refundable. Sale merchandise are final sale and not refundable
For return you need to send an email to Customer Service with your RA number.
Return packages much be shipped pre-paid.
